Clear Red Urethane Road Rider Risers - I'm building a Logan Earth Ski BatTail and trying to keep the build period correct. The one this I haven't been able to find are the Road Rider Risers that were used on the Logan Earth Ski boards. I've scoured the web and had no luck. I would even purchase them on an existing board and refurb them. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I see some comments about Crofton Skate Park. I used to skate there alot in the 70's and love seeing people talking about it. I used to have an Air Flow board and miss it dearly!

I saw someone posted a photo of a "Banzai Wood Model B407 Tall Oak I 28x7 Banzai Slalom 7" Trucks." This is the kind of skateboard I had as a kid, and loved it!, till someone stole it. Would be interested in buying one if it could be found out there.

Even though !it's 'new, re-issue' please look into G+S's rockered KT Fibreflex!! It doesn't get any better than that... or does it?! Z-Flex is also offering the original boards (I like the Plumer, but the Jay [sold-out by now] may have been my choice, as collector's decks. What a choice; preserve it, unridden, for value, or, Skate it as was intended... I vote for Sk8in the deck, 'cause it's fun, and meant to B ridden, BUT, don't break it!

Chrisy-B, while I have one of those (and have owned it since it was new, in '77), it is not for sale (my 8-yr. old twins LOVE that board, as do I). Sorry... However, while not the same board, I thought I ought to note that Santa Cruz has put out a re-issue, of their '77-'78 Rocker KT, which is very similar in both size and shape. I've seen them on the web, stateside; I don't know if I've seen them on any Euro sites, but if I do see that, I'll post a link back here. Good luck with the search for the Hobie! Keep in mind that there are now 'vintage re-issue' trucks and wheels out there, so you can get away with just the deck, and build it up with the truck/wheel combo.

Hey, if anyone has one to part with, I'm looking for the early 70's Lightning BOLT board. Its light blue fiberglass, about 24" long, and has the BOLT logo with lightning bolt through the O.
There was some knock offs made in Australia, and I'm not interested in one of those. The logo looks like this...

With yellow rubber over the actual spring Now if im wrong on the year please correct me. Id really just like to know what its worth. It has a little wear Scratches on the side and the wheels are darker than original. But its in fairly good condition. Also the grip tape looks like it was replaced I found a picture of the board and it had the cut out howell name in the tape. Mine doesn't. Any help would be great. Thanks. Anyone have any interest?

I have a Hooker Header skateboard from my teenage years in 70's. Received it new. The wheels and trucks are like new. It came with 2 decks a yellow one and a multicolor light blue one. the multicolor deck is brand new never used. Yellow one I repainted but fiberglass in mint shape. Any ideas what this board would be worth to collectors. Thanks, Murray

Powell original Beamer advice needed

Hello all: I have my "all original" powell orange beamer with tracker trucks and powell cubic wheels that I skated at Apple in the late '70's. It is really hard to part with this, but I'm a downsizing empty nester now. I've looked up values (mostly for the deck) on ebay and such, and it seems that I can ask over $1k for a complete. Could anyone advise me on a reasonable price point, and is anyone interested? If I can figure out the complicated picture posting process for ncdsa, I can post some pics (along with a pic of me doing a FS air off the Apple 3/4 half-pipe extension) :-) Thanks for your help!
