I haven't heard of tracker graphite bases, but that doesn't mean they don't exist, but it seems like pretty brittle stuff to make baseplates out of.
oldschoolskates.com has ultralight bases and aggro bases. I can't remember which models were Magnesium (maybe-am I right, seems like I remember Tracker Magnesiums-if these existed, maybe this is what you're thinking of).
