Hey Everyone! Once again we officially ended the slalom season only to have an add-on event. Or it's a rain-out postponement race, whatever works for you.

This will likely be a hybrid course, possibly head to head, possibly jam format, Whatever kind of slalom type that Capt'n Dave deems neccesary.

BBQ-Boo Hoo!!!! The BBQ portion will be postponed until Spring 2006 with a BBQ Slalom event in Salem. DANG!!!

HELMETS-Yes, and pads and wristguards/slide gloves would be smart.

OFFICIALITY- Outlaw,so far WSU seems to tolerate us/ignore us so lets keep it that way. Remember: If we get asked about it, it's not an event, it's just a bunch of skaters that called each other and showed up and someone brought a timer. Thanks

FEE: Brooms, Leaf blowers, labor. Bring your HELMETS, cones, chalk, duct tape, timers, extra loaner boards for the newbies. Bring water and food if you tend to get hungry whilst racing. Bring newbies. Bring helmets with the newbies if you bring them.

DIRECTIONS to WSU:

From Portland or Vancouver:

From I-5 or I-205, take the 134th Street exit. Turn right (east) and follow 134th Street as it turns into Salmon Creek Avenue. Follow the WSU Vancouver signs to the entrance on your left.
From Longview, Olympia, etc.:

From I-5, take the I-205 exit, then immediately take the 134th Street exit. Turn left (east) onto 134th Street and follow as it turns into to Salmon Creek Avenue. Follow the WSU Vancouver signs to the entrance on your left.

Everybody who has gotten off of I-5 at the indicated exit for WSU:
Follow that road across a major freeway, stay on that same road through several traffic lights, keep going and
Look for WSU signs as you go downhill and bend to the left/North slighly(toward Kasha's house in Calgary BC if you extrapolate far enough), the WSU entrance road will be on your left hand/north side of the road, take that and go up to the top to the big parking lot on the north side of WSU and you'll see somebody that appears to be doing something slalom related. Get out, skate and blab. Sorry, no BBQ.
