Contest Info:

In keeping with tradition, this will be a charity event with all proceeds going to the American Cancer Society, Vista Fire Department and The United Methodist Church.

Bring your camping gear and camp on da' farm. There will be a cookout and party Sat. Nite. More Details Soon. Check Back. Thanks.

**We have received a few e-mails about bringing family to the farm to camp. Please note: There are very few facilities which could be quite uncomfortable. However, if you are a hardcore camping family, then you will feel right at home. As for Saturday night, those campers who will be participating in extra-curricular activities (post event parting), you have been invited to camp at the Hays farm.
See details at bottom of page.

**Please be aware that although we have a permit, there will still be a few cars to deal with. There are about 6 or 7 houses located on a side road (Deepwell Farm Rd) that will have access to Shady Lane. Be curtious at all times. Thanks. They will probably only be a factor when PSR is set to go.

The awards ceremony will be at Da' Farm immedatly following the last TS race then it's on to the Hays Farm for some real partying. Bring a swim suit, pool cue, fishing pole, and a empty stomach.

The local Deli (The Food Basket) will have a driver on call all day who will deliver just about anything you might hunger for. You may also want to bring a grill and cook during the Vintage race.

Tenitive Schedule

7:30-8:30 Course set-up
8:30-9:30 Practice
9:30-9:45 Racers Meeting
9:45-1:00pm Technical GS Race (Best run of 3)
1:00-2:30 Vintage Race
2:30-3:00 Gilmour sets TS course
3:00-5:00 Duel TS racing (A and B pros)
6:00pm Awards Party at the Hays Farm

The GS race will also qualify you for the TS race. The top 16 GS times will determine the A-pros and the next 16 will be the B-pros thus there will be 2 TS winners. TS will be head to head single elimination. Cone penalties will be .2 for GS and .1 for TS. DQ only if you go out of the course.

Vintage Race

.
For the first time since the slalom rebirth, there will be a vintage race. All racers are required to ride decks, wheels and trucks that are Pre-1980. So dig around in your closet and dust off that old Fibreflex, Bahne, Banzai, H-Bomb, Ick, Summer Ski and join the fun.

Race Info

"Slalom on Da farm... If you only come to one East Coast event this is it. I have ridden the hill, to say it is a hometown version of La Costa w/ better surface is no fibb. Perfect runout, shade all around from huge oak trees, Parking at the top of the hill for all your stuff and a cookout. This one will be a real deal fast american Slalom that will showcase the talents of the most well rounded racers. The venue is easily 10x better than the one we had last year. Don't miss it." TK

" can say that all you fellow east coasters better be prepared for "da'farm 2.0". The hill that we will be running on would make the FCR guys very proud. It is going to be a race type that we almost NEVER see here in the east. Even the dual tight slalom is going to be faster than normal..." UR13
