This is the hird slalom skateboard race in the 2005 Cascade Slalom Association series.
We finally have been given the green-light and have able to secure this great location on the campus of the Mukilteo Family YMCA (north of Seattle by about 20 miles). We will most likely be using the same start ramps that were built for last years Gorge Games. Remeber them! The ones with the steep transition! How could you forget! Because this is a somewhat mild slope, we will be setting a course that is a little bit tighter than what we have seen at the recent events. Don't worry, we will make sure that it is competitive for everyone! This will be a "pump as fast as you can" race - and not so much a "hang on and turn" race.

Because we are racing on private property, with permission - all participants will be required to sign a waiver. No waiver - no racing!
Will this years series leader - Josh Burt - be able to hold of the competition nipping at his heals? Or will this event see a new person standing in the #1 podium position!

Bring your park and pool boards as well and we can session one of the best skateboard parks in the Pacific Northwest immediately after we are done racing!!

Directions:
From I-5 Northbound
Take exit 182 to Mukilteo (WA-99) - go 0.9 mi (about 20 miles north of Downtown Seattle)
Merge into WA-525 N - go 2.1 mi
Bear right at WA-525 - go 0.6 mi
Continue on Mukilteo Speedway - go 2.3 mi
Turn left at Harbour Pointe Blvd - go 0.2 mi
Turn left at 47th Pl W - go 0.2 mi
Race Schedule:
Registration and Sign-up: 9:30 to 10:00
Practice: 10:00 to 10:45
Racers Meeting: 10:50
Qualifying: 11:00 to 12:00
Racing: 12:15 until we are done!
Awards Ceremony: Immediately after race.
