Friday August 11th @ 10am(If you can't make it on time, don't worry you'll get several practice runs before declairing your first run) on Shady Lane in Vista, NY we will run a Single Lane GS with a ramp start. You will get 4 runs and your best 2 times will be combined. If time allows, you will get 5 attempts.
In traditional farm fashion, we will announce the winners at the Friday Night Party. During the race, please do not ask the scorers your times or you will receive a DQ.
As the sun begins to set, we will start our "Totally Professional Downhill Race". This year it will be an unlimited push start to the tape switch. Each racer will get one run with no equipment restrictions.However there will be 2 classes this year. Boards 48" and under/over.
Please remember this is a grass roots race. There will be traffic and we certainly appreciate everyone being on their best behavior. Also NO BEER ON THE CHURCH PROPERTY OR ANYWHERE ELSE FOR THAT MATTER. There will be plenty back at the farm. The Methodist Church has graciously allowed us park and hang out in their lawn. I have already been warned as the preacher observed beer being consumed 2 years ago. (She probably saw me). So please try and keep it clean. There will be kids watching as well.
Saturday August 12th @ 10am on Derby Hill in Bethel, CT, we'll start the Hybrid Event. Your GS times will qualify you for the A,B,C, or D groups. First race of the day will be the D group followed by the C, B and ending with the main event. The Group A Finals will also include the Final 4 from Group B. Note: The A Group racers can sleep in a little on Saturday but we would certainly appreciate your help cone marshaling. The top 16 GS racers will qualify for the A-Group, the next 16 will be our B-Group, the next 16 will be the C-Group and the remaining 8 will be the D-Group.

IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Registration will be limited to a field of 56 participants. Legacy Riders*(those who have attended any “The Farm” or Farm Series Race in the past 6 years) will be offered a private NCDSA sign-up period of three weeks beginning June 16, 2006 12 Noon and ending July 7. Entry Fee Payment MUST BE RECEIVED by July 7, 2006 into Farm Headquarters either by Paypal or Mail to secure your slot.
Open Registration (for 1st time participants and Legacy riders who do not sign-up in private period) for the remaining slots will be available on the NCDSA.com Contest Calendar 12:00 noon (midnight)Eastern Daylight Time July 7th.
Any entry over 56 will automatically go on the Waiting List and will be offered available slots in order of sign up.
Entry Fees, must be received by 12:00 pm (noon) on July 15th from all participants. Any entry slot not paid for by this time will be offered in order to those riders on the waiting list, unless special provisions are made with the race hosts.
*First timers who sign up prematurely will be removed in the kindest possible fashion.

Camping Info
Camping on the farm is very much encouraged. I feel its part of the true farm experience. Eat, Drink and be merry w/o the hassle of driving anywhere. Camping space is somewhat limited but no worries, you can always find a spot in the woods. Bring your solar shower and a cot if possible, as there are many rocks in the ground. Camping is not particularly family friendly. Please drop me and email if you are planning to camp so we get a general idea how many hardcore freaks we can expect. I believe we can fit 3 (maybe 4) Campervans in the woods next to the driveway. This will be first come first serve. There is also a fire pit for all you late night weenie roasters and marshmellow toasters.

From NJ OR the Garden State Pkwy to The Farm House
After crossing the Tappanzee Bridge (87) take 287 East to RT. 15 (Hutch/Merritt Pkwy) go North on 15 until exit #38 (RT123) Take 123 North towards New Canaan. Go appox. 6-7 miles on 123 until you see a big Welcome to New York Sign. Turn left at the sign on Puddin Hill Rd. Go to the top of the hill (you will pass Scenic Dr.site of the first Farm race)Go Right on West Rd. 37 West Rd - On your left.
From White Plains (Westchester County Airport)
Exit airport and follow signs to 684 North.
Take 684 to Exit #5 or 6 (I forget exactly) Just look for Route 35.
Go Right on Rt 35 (8 or so miles) until you get to a red light at Rt 123
Go Right onto Rt 123 and go 6 miles to Vista.
Just Past the Sunoco Gas Station in Vista is West Rd Go Right

From The Farm to Shady Lane...Go out drive and go Left to end of West Rd
Turn Left onto Rt 123 (Smith Ridge Rd) and go Approx. 2.3 miles. Shady Lane is a Right only turn. You will see the start ramp.

Vintage Race
Oh yes the Vintage Race. As vertern farmers will tell you, always expect something different at the farm. This years twist will be featured during the vintage event. We are featuring a new class this year dubed "The Plastic Playboys" You want a crock, you must enter a plastic open bearing rig and it must be entirely pre '76.
So start hunting down an old Nash, Bannan Board or whatever you can find on ebay to join the fun on this event.
We will still feature our traditional vintage race of any boards, trucks and wheels from pre '77 but if you want a crock, think plastic.
