Contest Info:	The information below will be updated regularly, so check back often. Please note that will be using the "Double Elimination" system in the Tight and Hybrid Slalom events. Please click here for more information on this system. The Super G will be on Turri Road, site of the 2004 and 2005 World's Super G. This event will be on Friday. Hybrid and Tight will be held on Pacific Street, this is the same street that was used for the 2004 and 2005 HyBrid. We will also have two special events; On Friday evening on a brand new bike path that runs along the harbor on the way out to Morro Rock we will set-up a starting ramp and approximately 50 cones. No practice, one run only. Fastest times in each division wins. It has a very, and I mean very slight grade to it. On Saturday after the Hybrid and Tight qualifying there will be The Big Ride, a "paddle" Skateboarding race sponsored by Kahuna Creations. "Paddles" will be provided by Kahuna. First place walks away with $500 cash money. There will also be trophies for 16 and under and the women's class. The course is flat, the Pro/Open class will paddle skate two laps, which is just over one mile. The other classes will paddle a single lap. Prizes: Pro - $TBD All other classes will receive trophies. We have decided that any swag donated will be given to race volunteers and will also be given away to spectators in race day drawings. We feel that manufacturers of slalom gear would be better served having their product introduced to potential new customers, rather than given to racers who already know and use the products.
