Contest Info:	The Convivium/Metzger Skates slalom expo will take place on August 14, 2010 in the parking lot of the North Leo Mennonite Church in Leo, IN. Please note that typing "North Leo Mennonite Church" into Google Maps will produce the wrong location. Please use the link above instead. Registration will be open from 8:00-9:30 with TS racing starting shortly thereafter. We will be running on a pretty tight schedule, so the course will only be open for practice from 9:00-10:00 with competition beginning promptly at 10am. As soon as that is finished we will move to a single-lane HS competition with optional ramp start, and hopefully everybody will have time to get a few runs in! The event is taking place as part of the Convivium at North Leo Mennonite Church, a combination Farmer's Market and community gathering. The main goal of the day's events are to share slalom with the community and spread the stoke. We will have some sort of prizes but they probably won't be anything big. We're here to have fun and rock it for the kids. :) In case of bad weather, we'll... figure something out.
