wasn't really thinking secrets or anything negative like that i was 100% (ok maybe 99%:)sincere that i enjoy working on the translation, but some of the wording seemed strange so that bit of a rosetta stone came in handy, keep it up great page, in either language.

from us with a car to rotterdam, then ferry, after the ferry its about 20 miles, that's the best way, come on join us,talk chris into it...

no real secrets in the short text above, actually the sentences are shortened a bit and should be easy to translate, ehemmmmmmm

german
On 11/3/2007 herbn wrote in from United States  (71.127.nnn.nnn)

this is great, i tried to dig out my childhood german while taking care of my dad for the last 5 years or so. Donald your german translates kind of strange,i've heard from relatives that there's alot of odd slang with the young'ns and then there's of course different dialects,if a german tried to translate a texan's writting and they were taught "proper" new york english it might come out odd.

tight stuff
On 11/3/2007 donald20 wrote in from Germany  (88.77.nnn.nnn)

the tight truck will be a very european thing to say.you can expect more tight and techy stuff in europe, maybe times are changing and the us boys will be going the same way in the future, who knows?some recent races indicate this trend.
zak will post a few pics of his iron coss proto.also we will have something else in the future called the "flex-zone".and there's more from the labs coming, winter is cold and long,so we got enough time to upper the ante here and there a bit.

Tight courses...
On 11/2/2007 Martin wrote in from (78.86.nnn.nnn)

Great work Frank and Don,always raising the bar!
But lets hope we get the courses that are tight enough to warrant them!Thats what I want for Christmas, REAL Tight Slalom. We have the equipment for it, the skill level for it...we just need the balls to set it....IMHO.

the house of ideas
On 11/2/2007 donald20 wrote in from Germany  (88.76.nnn.nnn)

posting pics?
maybe it is too soon
zak has the board and it still is a proto, others will follow during this winter.
attached is a pic of some recent work done by frank beste:

these are a "no sale" just protos, but next year we will raise the bar for trucks again introducing the adjustable front and a truck that outturns any truck on the market by far.the most agile front truck yet for the tightest of courses available.
you can see both trucks on the pic, some team riders will get the first protos, also bola at allboardsports will have an exclusive set for sale just before christmas, certain teamriders will have them too.
again no sale no preorder not now next year
