We dont do any Belgians...we are an EnglisH Ale Brewery...6 main brands..3 super premium ($9.99 sixpacks) and 1 winter brand... We are in process of building an Oak Barrel Cellar to do some super high end Oak Aged Strong Ales, and beefing up our traditional English Cask program. I am currently working on sourcing our bottling system for the wood aged brews...750 ml, hand corked and caged....Should be some awesome products
Occasionaly I hop on the Pilot brewery system (150 gallons) and do traditional German ales and lagers, but most of what we do follows the English Ale guidelines
if you want to try an awesome Belgian Style, try New Belgiums La Folie... I think it may be a brewery only exclusive, but its awesome...750 ml bottles are something like $22 though...

Just keep Paul away from that bubbly cold piss he was drinking in Dixie!!!
youve got to come to Colorado to try ours sometime Sam. I went to the UK in 2003 on a real ale mission of sorts...some of the best Real Ale in my life. Had some Cast Skull Splitter at a fest in Ulverston that was mindblowing... visited several breweries as well. Maybe someday I will brew in the UK. Our IPA won the Gold medal at the biggest competition here in the US (Our Special Red als took a bronze and our American Wheat got a silver!) wish I could afford Caldwell

wasn't really thinking secrets or anything negative like that i was 100% (ok maybe 99%:)sincere that i enjoy working on the translation, but some of the wording seemed strange so that bit of a rosetta stone came in handy, keep it up great page, in either language.

no real secrets in the short text above, actually the sentences are shortened a bit and should be easy to translate, ehemmmmmmm

this is great, i tried to dig out my childhood german while taking care of my dad for the last 5 years or so. Donald your german translates kind of strange,i've heard from relatives that there's alot of odd slang with the young'ns and then there's of course different dialects,if a german tried to translate a texan's writting and they were taught "proper" new york english it might come out odd.

the tight truck will be a very european thing to say.you can expect more tight and techy stuff in europe, maybe times are changing and the us boys will be going the same way in the future, who knows?some recent races indicate this trend. zak will post a few pics of his iron coss proto.also we will have something else in the future called the "flex-zone".and there's more from the labs coming, winter is cold and long,so we got enough time to upper the ante here and there a bit.
