To All,
Bob Turner made the first knee boards for DOWNHILL, myself and Tommy Ryan were the lucky ones, what a guy...
Had I known of his passing I would have been there and his wife knows that. The TURNER name will never die in the skateboard (HALL OF FAME)The first kneeboard is still alive and well and will be past on to my son.....God Bless

Has anyone seen a tv show i think its made in the states,they go around and find drunks and homeless people and get them to do all these death stunts for a few bucks all in the name of entertainment.Guys running into walls head 1st,drunks jumping out of buildings and landing on awnings then bouncing off onto the concrete.I even saw a guy sitting on a longboard going down a hill and when he came to the corner he just goes staight and gets nailed.

saw the z boys movie,kinda cool. It was interesting seeing my old magazines projected on to the big screen, a little bit of vintage film or video could be worth the price of admission, depending on how long you gottas work to make the money.

I think it`s widely understood that ncdsa is just a name that speaks of the layed back longboarders in northern CA where cliques are not much of an issue and in reality, this website is a global one.

Great site- My son and I spent the weekend in Catalina ca and stumbled upon a skateboard slalom race, He was so excited and wants to learn the sport, Thanks to the announcer at the race we found this site. My sons name is Jordan and I'm sure he will be visiting here soon for more info.

Hey herbn,
I went to a website the other day and their was a bunch of pics from a workshop. It was titled "herbns stuff." Is this you or does someone else have the same name. If it is you than you are making some tight as hell boards man! Do you make boards to sell? I don't have any dough right now so I can't buy anything from you now. Can you make something custom I had an idea for a board but I don't know if it will work or not.
