We are already on to our second run of Virage Vite front tight slalom trucks....AND for 2010 we now have two re-sellers in the US. I want to thank all the early adopters! For slalom models our good friends at Sk8kings will have the Virage Slalom models and the new Vite front slalom truck. For LDP models we will be supplying Subsonic Skateboards and as soon as the Virage Vite LDP front version is ready they will have that too. Both retailers have been chosen becaue we deal with them already, selling their decks in Europe. And I know they ride, they understand the trucks and they are also capable of dealing with any issues that may arise. So, shipping, tax etc will be streamlined. Here are a few more pics to whet your appetites![img:2sikxjus]http://i206.photobucket.com/albums/bb302/southbankboy/Vite1-1.jpg[/img:2sikxjus][img:2sikxjus]http://i206.photobucket.com/albums/bb302/southbankboy/virageLDP.jpg[/img:2sikxjus][img:2sikxjus]http://i206.photobucket.com/albums/bb302/southbankboy/virageLDP2.jpg[/img:2sikxjus][img:2sikxjus]http://i206.photobucket.com/albums/bb302/southbankboy/virageLDPfront.jpg[/img:2sikxjus]

I thought Id show a little of the process of making the Virages and Vites, if your interested....Here is the jig that holds the billet in place for the hangers, simply put we drill the axle holes into the billet then mount it firmly into this gig clamp to place into the milling machine:[img:9y6lc7go]http://img.photobuc ket.com/albums/v317/mstride/010-1.jpg[/im g:9y6lc7go]This is the baseplate in its jig part made:[img:9y6lc7go]http://img.photobucket .com/albums/v317/mstride/011-1.jpg[/img:9 y6lc7go]To put the kingpins in firmly we use a very old bit of kit...its basically a big lever...each angle baseplate has a corresponding wedge to hold the baseplate in at the right angle:[img:9y6lc7go]http://img.photobucke t.com/albums/v317/mstride/012-1.jpg[/img: 9y6lc7go]The workshop has a seperate section for 'skate stuff'![img:9y6lc7go]http://img.photobuck et.com/albums/v317/mstride/015-1.jpgEach truck is washed cleaned and assembled....[img:9y6lc7go]http://img.pho tobucket.com/albums/v317/mstride/005.jpg[ /img:9y6lc7go]packed and ready to take home to organise shipping:[img:9y6lc7go]http://img.photobu cket.com/albums/v317/mstride/008-1.jpg[/i mg:9y6lc7go][img:9y6lc7go]http://img.phot obucket.com/albums/v317/mstride/016-1.jpg [/img:9y6lc7go]

200 mm CNC Free floating axle trucks. Uses randal 8 mm axles. holds 8 bearings and can use Biltins. 45 degree baseplates. We also have a 69 degree plate for luge. Has a urethane plug in the center of the hanger. Seats are cut for Pumpkins as well as regular bushings. It has about a 5 mm rake and the hanger can be flipped. I will have more specific measurements at a later time. They weigh a bit lighter than the Randal Comp II's.[img:3hyso5qa]http://img.photobucket .com/albums/v622/zackyd/DSC_0028-1.jpg[/i mg:3hyso5qa][img:3hyso5qa]http://img.phot obucket.com/albums/v622/zackyd/DSC_0027-1. ;jpg[/img:3hyso5qa][img:3hyso5qa]http://img 46;photobucket.com/albums/v622/zackyd/DSC_003 1.jpg[/img:3hyso5qa][img:3hyso5qa]http:// img.photobucket.com/albums/v622/zackyd/DS C_0035-1.jpg[/img:3hyso5qa]

More pics of the Virage Vite (slalom front truck version), we have a few little tweaks and fettling to do (mainly cosmetic to thge baseplate to help is visually match the hanger better, and a small mod to the hanger)...hopefully ready to take orders next week. The little 'trough' or channel for the mounting nuts works really well. And allows for a good tight setup. In practice the nut is easily held in place by a finger and doing up the bolt with just a hex key or a phillips head was super easy.[img:1ubvgb0s]http://img.photobucket .com/albums/v317/mstride/IMG_1112.jpg[/im g:1ubvgb0s][img:1ubvgb0s]http://img.photo bucket.com/albums/v317/mstride/IMG_1111.j pg[/img:1ubvgb0s][img:1ubvgb0s]http://img. ;photobucket.com/albums/v317/mstride/IMG_1104 .jpg[/img:1ubvgb0s][img:1ubvgb0s]http://i mg.photobucket.com/albums/v317/mstride/IM G_1108.jpg[/img:1ubvgb0s][img:1ubvgb0s]http 58;//img.photobucket.com/albums/v317/mstr ide/IMG_1099.jpg[/img:1ubvgb0s][img:1ubvgb0s] http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v31 7/mstride/IMG_1101.jpg[/img:1ubvgb0s]
