Hey everybody. Finally got this footage off the camera and edited, thanks to my brother. Most of this stuff was shot at red rocks and a new slide hill. Also this will be slipped into a local snowboarding video. Enjoy! http://media.putfile.com/3185

Yeah that portuguese vid is sweet. Those hills look amazing and the high speeds mixed up with some slides is a good combo. Awesome choice of music too!

I laughed, I cried.
Thank you so much. Beautiful piece of cinamatography. There was a retarded kid who lived near me when I was a kid. His name was Adam. He had curly hair and when you asked "Hey, Adam. Where did you get that hair" he would shout at the top of his lungs "FROM GOD!!" Then he would try and choke you. This was no joke as Adam was very strong. Despite his violent side, Adam was cool. He would have liked that video and probably clapped. I liked it too but had a hard time relateing to so much bunny hopping. At first the bunny hopping was sort of supriseing, somewhat interesting, and refreshing. You don't see a whole lot of bunny hopping on a skateboard, or really on anything much anymore. Bunny hopping I believe was very popular in the 50's but then so were Martini party's, Anyhow, despite the excessive bunny hopping and other Scott Hamiltonesque maneuvers I thought it was better than "Cats". MUCH better.

Duane Peters: Who Cares?

Duane Peters: Who Cares is a really interesting documentary. If you like 80's bowlriding OR punk rock, you will like this vid, even if you dont like Duane Peters. If you like all three of these things, better just order it now.
While at times this vid seems like a sequel or companion piece to Dogtown, DP: Who Cares is kind of liberated by not having to retell skateboarding history and instead gets to focus on a more personal story. Its more hardcore/unflinching than Dogtown... not sure if I'd want my kids to see it,but I dont have any kids, so WHO CARES?! heh.
Anyway, there is just a ton of good bowl riding on fat pig decks in this movie. And a ton of good punk rock (80s punk and DP's bands). In the bonus section there is a really good collection of bowlriding clips. Some really great footage of Shogo and Jay Smith tearing a up a bowl together....more...
and the footage of Lance Mountain making fun of DP's style in the outtakes is pretty hilarious.
Duane Peters and Bruce Lee are still my heroes. My development is stunted or something....
