Mr Eggers beat me by 100th in Paris.
I took revenge in Switzerland by beating him by 1 hour 10 minutes 3 seconds.
He can't prove otherwise.
I also suspect he went the wrong way round the cones.
It will take him years to claw back the difference.

Hey Chris try and get everyone on the same page and bunch up a few races next year so if we come out we can go from one weekend to next in another location and race! More for our money! I went to Brands Hatch the week before and wish alot of the people at Gruningen were there also. It is a great site,with good speed!

à voir le renouveau du slalom partout en europe, je me pausais une petite question... y'a-t-il eu des slalomers à Lausanne à la grande époque ?!?
et d'ailleurs tant qu'on y est, y'a-t-il des slalomers tout court à lausanne ?!?
faut dire que la ville s'y prête pas trop... ben oui c'est dur de trouver un bout de route qui descent pas :), mais bon, on sait jamais !

Pour ceux qui sont en vacances du coté de la Cote d'Azur.
Il y a plusieur rassemblements du coté de chez nous, y'a plus qu'a choisir son niveau.
Le Vendredi soir au Cap d'Antibes : La Garoupe c'est la concentration des Antibois (initiation, slide et slalom) des fois la session est déplacé vers la zone des 3 moulins au nord d'Antibes pour un boarder cross dans la zone industrielle dans ce cas appelez le shop "Newrider" 04 93 74 91 24. En semaine il y a les sorties downhill dans l'arriere pays (de belles descentes de 5 a 12 km) Du coté de Nice il faudra voir avec Cedric du shop Travelling qui organise aussi des sessions du coté de Pessicar (parallele à l'autoroute) et Aspremont (Nice nord).
Pour les amateurs de street luge Xtreme. la bande des kikis avec Grand Stef et Gros Manu sortent tout les Mercredi.
EVENEMENTS : Deux gros evenements cette année dans la région
La coupe du Monde de descente EDI a Demandolx (a 1h20 de Nice) le 6 et 7 septembre.
Le championnat d'Europe de Longskate à Antibes et Biot (Slalom et descente) le 20 et 21 septembre.

A paris ya un rdv slalom tout les jeudi juste a coté du stade charlety. C sympa, le bitume est parfait et la descente tranquille.
C le seul rdv sur paris qu'on connaisse...

Mustud LTD, the UK's freshest longboard shop is celebrating its first summer online at the Mustud demo day on 12th July in Hyde Park, London.
If you fancy giving longboard skating a try then this is your opportunity as there will be a wide selection of demo boards from top makes such as Gravity, Turner and Bozi plus longboarding hints from people in the know.
We will meet on the north shore of the Serpentine Lake, adjacent to the drinking fountain at 2pm where there is an excellent wide surface on which to skate. If you already own a longboard then bring it along and we will service and safety check it for you.
So tell your mates, bring a picnic and some beers and come join us.
