estas son algunas fotos.
Cabe dstacar la actuacion de Manuel Loreto. Un personaje que lo vemos dia a dia en un semaforo de la ciudad pidiendo dinero. Manuel es cojo de una pierna y con todo y eso llego a las semifinales de downhill y obtuvo el primer lugar de freeride slides.

Leo,
I don't have my computer hooked up right now, but after some traveling, I will take care of that. This should take me a couple of weeks between trips.
I think your skate scene is awesome! Good luck with the competitions. I'm thinking of a possible visit to Brazil, maybe in December? I still have to figure when is the best time regarding wheather, rain etc.
Currently I'm running "Slide Clinics", I've been to England and my next trip in August and September will be down in Tazmania and Australia. Then I go back to England for more clinics and free rides/good times.
If you are interested, I would love to judge at one of your Slide Contests. If any sponsor could fly me there and back I would like to have a contest with you and see the great sliders from your area. With my clinics, my flights and housing have been paid by manufactures/distributers or promoters/interested parties. I'd pay for my own food. I'd also be comfortable on a couch for that matter. I want to hangout with skaters.
Here is what I want to do:
Hold a "Cliff Coleman Slide Contest" in your country.
Act as a guest judge for the competition.
Skate/Slide the areas best suited for this in your area.
Meet the skaters of your area.
Hang out and smile, have good times.
This would have to be after October, 04 to work for me.
I'll let you know when the computer is connected.

Somos un par de verdaero Locos de Gran Britania quienes aman "Downhill", pero necesitamos 7 segundos(!) para ganar mas velocidad en las competencias en Gran Britania. Hay equipamento en Sud America / Brasil como nuevo "Trucks" etcetera que ustedes utilzan que nos ayudaria?

El proximo 8 de agosto se realizara en la zona de Trincheras la proxima competencia de longskate.
Las modalidades seran:
Downhill: El circuito mas extremo hasta ahora realizado en Valencia, con mas de 1km de recorrido con diversas curvas y alta dificultad. (TODOS LOS IMPLEMENTOS DE SEGURIDAD PERSONAL COMO CASCO, RODILLERAS, CODERAS, Y COMPLETAMENTE VESTIDOS SERA REQUERIDO)
Figuras: sera evaluado de acuerdo a 3 jueces neutrales de diferentes partes del pais. con 2 jueces auxiliares para asegurar la neutralidad del evento. se valorara del 0 al 10 de acuerdo con la subjetividad de cada juez.
Slalom: vuelve esta modalidad de gran aceptacion, esta vez con un nivel mas alto de dificultad, conos a 7, 8 y 9 pulgadas de distancia.

Next Aug 8th will be held in Valencia, Venezuela the 2004 longskate contest, this will include:
Downhill: the hardest circuit so far held in Valencia, with 1,25 miles aprox. of difficult curves (all protection equipment will be required, you may use aero helmes or speedsuits)
Freestyle slides: 3 judges will be ruling the event plus 2 auxiliar judges so neutrality will be asured.
Slalom: hardest course ever, man-to-man racing, cones at 7, 8 and 9 Inches with stingers. Tar is smooth.

In deep sadness and great disbelief I address this forun to inform you all that yesterday, Sunday, July the 13th 2004, the skate boarder family lost a brother-Alex Souza, 23.
Halfway through a fantastic session sided by friends and brothers, he was involved in a terrible accident and did not survive his injuries. He passed away shortly after reaching hospital.
Alex, your family will never forget you. You will always live in our memories and in our hearts………………… Peace
