Yeah the ditch in G-town MD is in the center of a business development area.....But its a rad spot! I believe it's right off of middlebrook and 118 (if my burnt memory serves me right.....pass the dutchie style! ) But yeah its sort of close to father hurley blvd as well. The best times to sk8 are at night....Let me know if your or anyone is trying to session, I'll try to get my old skool heads out there for a sick evenning session.
By the way....I just got back from OBX and man that place is def a keeper. I was out of control impressed by everything there...so much cleaner than OCM and Va beach....But I still have to be loyal to my good ol OCM break. The waves were okay this weekend but i can't wait to head up for a hurricane swell.
Peace everyone!!

I'm looking for the custom board maker who offered to donate some cool boards for the "Soul Jam" event at Sandia. I lost all e-mail addresses two weeks ago and am trying to recover. We are very interested in your offer!

Here she is in all her glory. I found her about a year ago and named her the FUNnel. My life has never been the same since. Sometimes I wonder how civil engineers come up with plans for a ditch. This is the public park here in Dallas. Or at least mine anyway. It's a million miles away from civilization and you'll never find it. Don't even try.

Yo G, many years back (early 80's) we skated a ditch off Los Osos valley Rd (near the 101). Los Osos valley rd actually crosses the ditch about 1/4 mi nw of the 101. Last few times I have passed through SLO it looked completely forgotten and overgrown. The best section is about 100 feet long and is maybe 200 yards from the Los Osos Valley rd. Best way to get there (coming from the 101/Los Osos Valley exit) was to turn at the last right before the ditch (by car lot) and then take the first left that should dead end into the ditch. Tranny is best here & we used to have some old parking blocks set up. If you decide to check it out/ clean it let me know so I can plan on skating it during my annual visit there.

I go to school in Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and was wondering if anyone knows of any good banks or ditches to ride in that are (maybe even in Morro Bay). I know of one bank in SLO High, but there's such a short area in front of it because the bank is sort of behind a building. One mistake and you get rocked on that thing. Also, I don't know of any good ditches.

At the first Surfrider Vintage & Longboard Day held at Vans, I met a couple of NC OBX guys that were building a wood bowl. The next thing I was told was that they were making their own coping out of concrete. I have never found the bowl but I have heard of people skating it. Maybe somebody over on the Pools & Park forum might have some info on the OBX wood bowl.
