Hey I get sponsered shoes still , but at the races you are put into situations that can kill a pair of shoes istantly! I finally noticed that my bro Cowboy and I foot drag opposite and said hey hows about trading because we have the same shoe size! I dont like to waste anything so now we both have a few backups and are ready to Noalynn or lynnoah anytime!

Great to see a few women posting here! I skate regular and so wear out my right shoe. I almost always skate in Vans but would be happy to accept any make that fits similar....right foot, size 7.5 womens. Of course, I have a left Vans shoe in red now that is available. I'll start saving my lefties from now one for that other size 7.5 women who skates goofy! thanks

for years I've been throwing away my new right 10 to 10.5's. I just pulled a really good 10.5 Globe outta the trash. I might have more in the closet. So I could use a 10 buddy with decent shape lefts. Color no matter, I would prefer less odor but I'll melt them quick. surf Colorado

Greta, I wear 6 1/2 - 7's. I have a few pairs of Black Enties Arto's and Oakley Sourdough's that are barely used. I'm not sure if you snowboard. But I have a pair of Burton snowboard boots I wore twice that I'll send you if you pay shipping. They are still in the box.
Thanks.

:) Seriously though, I wear a boys 4 1/2 and a women's 6. Finding hi top skate shoes is proving difficult. I can special order Vision or Vans hi tops, and that seems to be it. Any other sources out there?

I ride goofy and drag my left foot so I need size 12 lefts. I wear the tan Jimmy'z they sell as Big 5 in SoCal. $20 a pair, leather low tops with that nice orange/yellow rubber that are used in Vans shoes.

Aki 10 or 10.5 Right. Tommy 10 Right. Kludy 10 Right. Lowrie 10 Right.
Any of the guys above want to go in on some DC mantecas? I'll buy 8 pairs and match the lot of you. You can have as many rights as you want. Kludy- I've seen you incinerate shoes.
I want at least two pairs in team USA colors Red White and Blue http://www.skateshack.com/Shoes/MA665.html I prefer the gun rubber shoes in either Black or blue suede- but I'll also use the Nubuck synthetics since water won't destroy them.
I've got some good hills (Arboretum, State house) to burn rubber on. I just can't always ride as much as I want to when I'm conserving shoes.
As soon as I get my new left ACL I'll be chewing through shoes.
I have a good shoe buddy, Alexander Scott- problem is , he can't afford shoes- he's been using my rights for years.

We don't need stink and we don't need nonsense knockin the valid posts off the page.
Shoe trading works optimally if the two traders each buy two new pairs of the same shoe, then each trade one deck shoe for one burn shoe. Then they each have one new deck shoe and three new burn shoes.
A single transaction like this would be benefitial for at least three race-weekends.
Shoe traders and what they need: Aki 10 or 10.5 Right. Hamm 10 Left. WesE 8 Left. John Gilmour 10 Left. Márcio of Brazil 10.5 Left. Miko 9 Right. HenryJ 12 Right. Tommy 10 Right. Steve Michaels 12 Right. Stephan of Germany euro 46.5 Left. Kludy 10 Right. Eric Moore 13 Left. Chaput 10 Left. Slim 10 or 10.5 Left. Lexx "Brittish size 9" Left. Lowrie 10 Right.

I'm size 10, brake with my right! Got a couple of lefts, sittin purty in the closet... Sittin long enough they probably don't even smell no more.
I like your new idea, I kill my rights everytime I try and slalom or downhill, It's just a crappy shoe to brake, not to pose for that crappy pic.

Toe Holes In Back Foot Shoe

I told a kid a few weeks ago about how skinny boards use to be in the 70s and that when you'd do a kickturn, 360, etc. the toe of the back foot usually skid/slid on the ground and that eventually your back shoe would have a hole worn into it from this occurrance. I'd eventually have to put a piece of leather in my shoe then wrap duct tape around the outside of the toe.
I guess I don't really have much to say to you folks about it, except...anybody remember those days?

Looking for a british size 9 shoe buddy. I'm riding an obscure set of duffs, but willing to ride with any other brand if I can swap the right shoe with anyone. Obviously I live in the sunny Isles of Britain - so I guess thats another pre-requisite.

I wouldn't mind splitting pairs of Vans hightops (you know the ones, the old style) in size 10 or even 10.5. I'm a goofy-foot who brakes with his left so...I need extra lefts. I might go for low top vans with that same "off the wall" waffle sole, too. I'm in the San Francisco area (Pacifica).
