josh i think you'd be stoked on some abec 11 zig zag wheels, and as for bearings that just depends. i assume with revenge you're makin a cruise/carve setup so reds, biltins, rockets would all be fair priced dependable bearings. please let me know how you like the revenge trucks! peace

Hey guys. I recently bought an Arbor 46" Pin w/Koa topsheet. I purchased some Revenge Trucks (www.revengetrucks.com) and I was wondering what wheels and bearings I should get. The Arbor and Revenge trucks are both designed for some intense carving. I want to purchase the right kinds. Thanks.

I have been riding the 75a speed vents for about a week or two now, and they are awesome! They grip around in turn I throw at them! It's almost impossible to slide out on them unless tou ride through a big puddle, but that's the only way. The only problem with them is the DO NOT slide. If you slide them they chunk out and get flat spots which makes it pretty hard to stop which is no good if you are riding in the streets. Has anyone ridden the harder ones? Are they quit as grippy?

the 'slalomish' shape makes it look like they wouldn't slide very smooth? would it be fair to say that going from smoother slides to chunkier slides kryptos --> flys --> gummies --> vents ?

get the 75a flashbacks for a smoother cruisin ride, use the spacers that came with your bearings. yes the kryptos are offset. what do you mean which side?!

The speed vents are as fast as any wheel on the market and you can run hard and soft together. Great wheels

Mr. Chaput has a new cone-killin' device! I can't say that these are 'light years' ahead of the competition, but they Do seem Faster. It'll take awhile before I can wring them out thoroughly, as RAIN has dampened most attempts at sk8ing here in New England lately. 1st impressions though are that this wheel is most everything a Slalom racer would want, and modifying the shape (as done with other wheels) seems like it may be a moot point. They're fast, and pretty sticky, even on less-than-wonderful tar. Very smooth. Nice stuff from ABEC 11, yet again. :-D

Well, this is old news to most of you, but, I have just been able to ride these wheels a bunch and they are amazingly fast! Not only are they grippy but they feel as though the speed is more like a higher duro but grippy like a lower duro.
Great job on these wheels Chris. Now back to your regular conversation currently in progress.....

WAX- chaput lapdog? what the hell does that mean? it it because i ride his 90 flywheel which happen to suit an evo pretty darn well? i've never tried godesses or speed vents because i like big wheels, but maybe when we hook up you'll let me try them. i just want the best wheel for me, i don't really care who makes it. chaput lap dog... please. plus he's pretty much a skate legend so back off.

my email is linked in this post, so feel free to hit me up to ride. i DO want to go and meet you guys, but try to understand that i'm in the middle of finals right now and that takes priority. i'm also lookng for a place in estes park to live for a couple months this summer. it's busy. also if you're looking for a pretty nice dry road, check out bingham hill by lory state park. it's 10 min away from me so that's what i'm usually on. it's not a long mountain run, but it does have a pretty technical right hand turn and with no wind speeds are in the 40's.
