Small gathering, loads of equipment. Did flatland straight on the dry bit then a steep offset on a side road. Then the pub. The Brixton Boys are improving fast, Mog pumping on his new G&S. Simon Levene brought the Turner Truck Prototype, and we tried all kinds of setups. Great fun though...cant wait for Sheffield.

And the winner is...not me ! (Ok, Michael, tu as gagné ton pari...)
Hot (sloping...too sloping for me!) slalom session under the great sun of south of France with Clingfilm and Pierre Samray (GS longboard french champ); Chris is a real tight slalom killer...and one of the kindest man i ever meet in the wild slalom world !
Many thanks to Chris for the challenge, for his patience to hear my poor english (and for the flu !) and for the trying of the Turner wheels and to Pierre for the slalom spot.
But i already take a revenge upon myself with a great saturday Cyber Slalom (on REAL flat with very hard wheels, Chris); look at the result and try it too !

I'm back now but sufferring from Flu so will not be around this week. I have three pages of emails to wade through and I'll get back to you all when I get a chance.
I have some new kit now so I will be able to test the prototype Turner trucks, the offset Independents, the beautiful Turner Blackbird, and a vibrant red fulnose. I'm in heaven. These arrived just after I left for Cannes. SSofS and Chris you can use this advertise.
Thanks JMA for a great day, sunny and hot, sorry for being ill and I hope you did not get it. I hope you can arrange a comp there next year or later this one, it seems perfect for out of season racing and there are loads of cheap flights and car rentals. It is also a good spot for the Italians, Swis etc.
I went to Monaco on Saturday. There may be possibilitites there if we can arrange it.
I catch up on the news and will post again later as I'm off to see Thomas the Tank Engine in Tenterten with the Kids.

Hope the weather holds out at the Palace, geezers. If not, I know of a certain indoor meet where frenzied competition is guaranteed to erupt regardless of prevailing outdoor conditions. Just up the M1, as it happens...
