In Vendors i've posted a scan of the latest FHM issue. There's more than one beautiful model in this issue! Slalom hits the news stands, read all about it!

Let all wish our representative over their, Simon Levene, well at the Battle of the Bay. Skate hard and we know you'll tell them what's what.

All the best. I look forward to the reports coming back.

Sorry Clingfilm and Michael, but I don't think I'll be able to make Hyde Park. I'm in SF this weekend for the race.

I return 02/04.

FFF.....Ahhh Lyons...explain to me why you changed the name of your Airport from 'Satolas' to 'St Expury'. I'll never understand why you'd want to re-name an airport after a writer who of all things died in an Air Crash!!!!! Perhaps that is the elusive French sense of humor! Cos you'll be needing that again when I beat ya....!!!!!!!!

short long board is not petit skate
On 3/20/2002 etienne wrote in from (80.13.nnn.nnn)

Dates for next months
On 3/19/2002 STF wrote in from (193.253.nnn.nnn)

On the 11 th of May the 2 nd "VANS LONGBOARD DEVIL CONTEST" will be organised in Les Diablerets (Switzerland).
More infos on http://www.glisseclub.ch/
et pour ceux qui parlent français, sur le forum de longskate.net rubrique longskate, sujet: Devil longboard contest.
It will be a kind of boardercross for longboarders...

And later in the summer: 16 th 17 th and 18 th of August
The 3 rd "Le Downhill Jamboree" in Chamrousse, up to Grenoble in the french alps.
It's not a contest but if some of you are interested by a nice 9.5 Kms road closed just for the fun of riding it down for around 6 to 8 runs/day.
Last year we were about 200 riders havin' fun under a 3 days sunstorm (take note of this Azincourt winners...).
Le Downhill Jamboree is open to anyone who feel attracted by downhil as soon as he is gravity powered (meaning longboards, in-line, street-luge, GF1, wheelchair (we got it!),telemark (we got it to !)...
More infos soon.

Cheers

I wont post that I have amended the calender anymore. If I get posted of details I will add or take away where appropriate. I am away in Berlin on wednesday, anyone there for a skate wednesday evening?, so I will not update until Friday when I get back.
Anyone skating at the weekend.

Is Brands demo sorted, do you need any help. Tell me more about Lasaune comp and other airflow comps for the calender,

On 3/18/2002 Scabs wrote in from (66.20.nnn.nnn)

Chris, Kudos on the calender. Once you get the bugs worked out, maybe you can have Adam make it available on ncdsa fulltime. Also, the Gathering is not a FCR event. It`s a "Killer B Production" event hosted by GBJ.

Comp dates
On 3/18/2002 Clingfilm wrote in from (195.195.nnn.nnn)

The spread sheet will change. I am confused about the French contests. If there is something definitive then I will alter it.
However Aviemore are on-board, I am investigating Bude, Crystal Palace details should be through soon. I have a flatland slalom venue sorted if its needed. I am sure we will have enough. However we need some more, Arundel and Bournemouth may be good enough and some people in Wales may have a venue. My main focus is to organise a date which does not clash with the US dates so that we can attract them over for a quality event.

comp dates
On 3/18/2002 fff wrote in from (172.145.nnn.nnn)

chris, thanks for your contest calendar...it's a really good job but jma said that the antibe's slalom contest is reported in september(i hope september 2002!);then i went on airflow's site and i saw that no slalom seems foreseen for may18/19!!and finally i' m not sure that the foreseen slalom in september in lausanne will concern skateboards(perhaps inline skates!)
if thes bad news were confirmed that means that we shall have almost no slalom contest to compete in europe this year!
