Force trucks are way cool if you can get your hands on a set.Compared to the randalls these trucks are the one.Very smooth and stable at speed. The axle is a true 8mm with makes the fit very true thus no woobles at speed.Get a set if you can cheers Kanufi

ASRA first meeting

A couple of weeks ago I officially incorporated the Australian Skateboard Racing Association (ASRA) in the state of NSW. It's still just a shell, so we need to breathe some life into it.
On Saturday 4th November we'll be having a bit of racing at Allawah. I'd like to also call the first ever ASRA Annual General Meeting to be held on that day at the conclusion of the race.
(This meeting is actually a legal requirement of being an associated incorporation.)
If you know anybody who is interested in joining, ask them to come along. Also if you know anybody from out of state who would be interested, it'd be great to get their involvement in whatever capacity they can manage.
And if you want some light reading, the ASRA rules are here: Click here for link. These are largely the same as the Department of Fair Trading's "model" rules except for a few small modifications to require less meetings, less paperwork and less overhead.
Proposed Agenda (feel free to reply with new items)
1. Welcome everybody to the start of the next phase of the resurgence of skateboard racing in Australia.
2. Finances - explanation of the entries on our current balance sheet (available at Click here for link), and a look at future possible costs/income.
3. Membership - how much should it cost?
4. Bank account - do we need one? If so, how do we organise it?
5. Election of President, Vice-President, and Secretary.
6. Election of 3 "Executive Committee" members.
7. Membership drive - everybody present who wants to join should pay up and join on the spot. I'll have entry forms (Click here for link), and will be able to write receipts.
8. Ideas for the future.

And im keen for a downhill comp, send me an email if anything gets up and running!
