I realise this might be abit late, as I haven't accessed this sight in ages, but here is what I can tell you about the races approaching. 1st weekend of December is Grabouw - a short fun race with top speeds of about 80km/h. Its about 50km out side Cape Town and there will be a shuttle taking riders. The next weekend is Hot Heels Africa World Cup Finals in Kogelburg (about 80km outside Cape Town. About 1.9km long - top speeds of about 90km/h. Includes some fast sweeping turns and some hard braking turns. There is usually a shuttle taking riders to the campsite and between the campsite and the race. This is an awesome event!
Then the following weekend is supposed to be a race in Plettenberg Bay, but I have just heard that it has been cancelled due to sponsors pulling out.

this dezember? and when it's going on? i always get like rumors from some guys that there is nothing going on... and then get another msg that there is 3 races going on.. and and and...????
well i don't know yet if my hands are good till then, but i check back with my doc tomorrow..
would be nice if i have to be said or happy, that i can go or can't go to southafrica... :D

Some fresh news about "Le Downhill Jamboree" (the 9.5 Kms free-route event ) :
Next edition will be held from July 23 rd to 25 th it'll still be a big downhill festival with some stuff to test, some wheels to melt, some skin to scratch, some parties to make, and some runs to make again and again and again...
But if you want to be there U need to fill-in the pre-registration form on our web site: www.downhilljamboree.fr.st (it's a mandatory to avoid an overcrowded event ) if you know someone who is not connected but wants to come, tell him to send this by letter at :
