I dont get you Paul. Did I offend you? Last I checked most skateboards sell for more than the material cost. Well, it cost around 20 bucks, in SoCal, a little bit more expensive than some places perhaps. My lettering brushes were about 15 bucks a peice, letering enamel, 8 bucks. Urethane , 6 bucks. The gas I used to go get this stuff was , well you know it's so cheap today. But as you said, you could make one with what you have laying around. So Do it. Since your time and effort are worth absolutly nothing, you wont be out even two cents. Show us that you can build one, 55 inch long for ten bucks and show the reciept for all the materials used, varnish, sand paper, whatever. And then post it for sale for 10 dollars. Now mabey you get all your stuff free but the rest of us pay for ours. Anyone can criticize. Can you do what you say you can. If you dont your just a talker, and we will all know it. Dont say another word unless you do it. Build it, sell it for 10 bucks. And dont make it less than your best effort, no junk.

Hmmm, I could make that for $10.00 with a good clean premium piece of oak from the hardwood dealer in town and stencil/paint it and shellac it with what I have in my garage and so could most of us who read this forum. You might try asking less for it. A LOT less. Just my 2 cents. Otherwise, it does look pretty cool and vintage-ish. -P

I have a makaha gt originator and I want the regular makaha originator deck. Mine is in very good condition. It has no stickers, the "MAKAHA" grip tape is in good shape, and the logos on the bottom are pretty good (small scratches) I want to trade the deck only or the whole thing for equal condition. I want to trade because it is not the one I had as a kid.

Both sets of wheels in excellent condition, no chunks, no cone, no gashes, no slides. Just broken in thane. Flys have removed graphics, strikers have about 70% graphics left. Want to sell for flys for $50 shipped and strikers for $35 shipped OR trade for bigzigs (pink preferred), 74mm flys, 77mm speedvents, zigzags, 85mm blue kryptos.

This is a brand new, never mounted, never gripped Project Speedboard Carbon Fiber and Foam construction deck. Dropthrough and lowered. Cutouts fit randals, crails, bears. Extremely stiff and lightweight. Features lots of concave and plenty of room up front so you really feel locked in. Had it made by Justin of Project Speedboards in South Africa, just never got a chance to setup and ride it. No time/space to ride a dedicated speedboard.
