Slalomers, Potential Slalomers and Slalom Watchers, Slalom Sunday seems to be an ongoing thing again. Stop by the UNM observatory lot on Sunday Dec 17 to run some cones—12:00 noon, mas o menos. Slalom for Lunch weekdays 11:30 – 1:00 Dec 18 till January 3 (maybe longer if Paul isn’t the only one close with a lunch break) parking lot South East of Eubank Costco and North of the baseball field, unless it is snowing. Fairly flat, 2 or 3 tight, pumping courses usually set.

It was the Sunday bro sesh I heard about from Will at the last minute. There were 7 or 8 guys but only 4 skating. MoFo was there too snapping pics. I'm sure it will happen again, I'll keep you posted.
Please come up and skate during your vacation, I also need to talk with you soon about this Ditch Slap idea........Concussion?

So, does that mean the westside skatepark is open to skate? I no longer have to jump the fence just to get a look? Or did you get in during some sort of special TSR-only day, or what? How do I get a pass like that?!?!
I've been swamped with school, too swamped to check it out lately. But, after Tuseday the 12th, I'll definitely have time to skate. 4 weeks paid vacation, hell yes! This is one of the benefits of working my butt off all semester.
In the mean time, can anyone help me with this? Can you guess what I'll be doing this weekend?

The new park is sicker than AIDS! 3/4 pipe surrounded by 3 giant bowls and the shallow end is 9 feet deep! The street area is like nothing I've ever seen, Evan will love it. Brunson was at 10 o'clock 1st day out, and my pintail needs a kicktail , dropping in was gnar!

It was great to have you up in our backyard on such a nice day, I'm sure I did 30 runs and I'm feeling it! Not a bad turn out for a bunch of Sunday warriors. Next time we'll bring a professional videographer and try to miss the Open House crowd. Which one of those mansions has the left hand kidney in the backyard?

It was so windy today in Abq. that semi trucks flipped, flags stood straight out fraying under the force and whole trees let loose their leaves at once, like a flock of birds darting across the highway and bouncing off of your windshield. 40 mph sustained out of the West with gusts to 55 recorded by afternoon. The PERFECT conditions for taking David out to Rio Bravo for his first shot at Blow In Speedboarding.....been over 60? 70?
It's a swell, and we're catching the next one for sure.

Leaf Slashin is the BEST! We found this sick corner last night. Brick sidewalk covered with leaves. Slidin right through um, almost like skatin in the rain (my other favorite).
David...I know it was dark...but quit whining. Who needs to see when your going down a hill at night anyway.

found some cool little spot where you can ride onto some grass and then grind this curb. grinding on a longboard is siiiicccc...
