I've heard rumors of a really tall / fast (90mm?), cored wheel from PP. Any truth? Thanks, poolpunx@skateboard.com

Herb,
Yo bro, what I said " I will never make the same color wheel in multiple durometers" as for the machines running, I also told you that I own %50 of power paw my partner owns the other, that's the machines, maybe some day I'll post a web cam so u can see our ladies in G-strings from Cali hand making every wheel with so much LUV! As it is currently since enquiring minds want to know, the black/white=74a blue/red=78a and the green/? will be eighty somethin a....got it we also have ninety somethins in the works....toooo..... As for paying the bills...yeah thanx to kickscooters and vapor electrics cause that is paying the bills!!
thanx for your luv and support, we do have some stock currently in the new stuff, so call me back and let me know what u want shipped out of that order u placed long ago.....(damn those unions on strike that killed us) XXOOXX

Hey, no worries, just like u said hard to read....as u know the sport is just starting to evolve and we focused our energy into the stinger first, then later down the line a slalom wheel if the dicipline catches on, as the decks are much less to produce than wheels, in the short run...like I said I like to have fun...! Thanx.... ps. next time try the wheels forum, as that's where you should have better luck for feedback...

Rene, I'm not slamming your wheel, it's just a simple question. I wasn't at MB so I didn't get to see firsthand what people are riding. I have one of your Stingers and I love it. I was just wondering if this might be the wheel to try on it. I'm sorry if it's hard to tell what the tone of the q is here. I love what your doing. I'd love to help you out in any way I can. I'm a pretty decent slalom skater and have done skate demos to sell product in the past. Unfortunately, I will not leave my kids, and their mother lives on the east coast, so any help I give you would have to be from over here. I posed the question because I wanted to know before I buy. I bought one of your stingers based on a review from Chaput, so I thought I might get the same kind of thing about your wheels.

Hey, this is the vendor's corner right...well I just have to laugh at some people that get in this area with really lame info...sure I could try and be a nice guy blah blah, but fact is I'm to the point, and a stupid statement like that deserves a lil knock, I for the most part stay out of the bicker games, and when some guy is posting a statement so sarcastic I thought I'd have a bit of fun, maybe he's got a trust, or a self made $$$ and would like to invest and put his money where his staement is, you never know....plus I'm a libra so I'm always seeing both sides, if u know what I mean...the truth hurts at times, but what I said was the facts, not sugar coated... Human nature is to say the glass is half empty not half full!

Sorry rene: but I think that post regarding the name of your wheel could have been handled with a little less spite. Sure it takes a lot of money to put a product out there but it only takes one negative display like that to make many potential customers turn away.

Rene, that new wheel is a nice step in the right direction!I really like it.I know that it isn't quite what I had in mind, but it close enough! Oh,and your shape is more versatile, which I know is a sales/performance consideration that dreamers like myself don't have to take into account. Once I have the $$,I'll be adding these into the quiver! I'm glad you decided to step into the void, and give us cone runners a new wheel that'll slice + dice! Thanks!!

Hey not sure if you know, but it cost's thousands of dollars to make a new whee, and slalom is one millionth of a percent currently in the world of skateboarding as to popularity, so until it takes off in speaking with jack I decided to make a wheel that is fine for a beginer at slalom but will be great at other stuff just in case slalom doesn't take off, so my super secret slalom wheel is in the closet until it's time to take it out! Hope this answers your question, now if you want to give me a donation of say 6K I'd be happy to pull it out early!!! Thanx....
Ps. have u ridden the wheel in question? pps. keep your eyes out for the next fluid ad, just in case u want to try and slam me by saying make the wheel and the slalomers will come knocin at our door....!

The new decks are at the end of the fine tuning. The concaved cambered boards have progressed so far from the original Comet slalom boards. Much stiffer than before with greater torsional rigidity. Jason and Jonathan are groovin on the new design, and now it is time to get some feedback from you guys. I have been given an extremely limited number of decks available for "pre-release". This is a one-time shot at a special discounted price. Comet is NOT opening up a mailorder site. Part of the deal is that you agree to give feedback on the design. Pretty simple, you can get a deal on a deck before it is released, and a chance to mouth off about it. Your input will help focus the direction that these boards take. If you are interested, please email me, and include your weight and stiffness prefrence. I will get back to you on what is available for your weight and size. CC my office email Bill@sunrace.com. I will try to accomodate as many as possible, but it is first come, first served.

Hey Marc,
For some of who only see krypto's in the store, can you post widths as well on your site? I'm starting to like wide mid-tall, but its not always clear from the pics.
PS- I like the new wheels. Soft and good sized.

The first of the new comet slalom boards are ready to go. Right now the exclusive source for these boards is Purple Skunk in SF(415 668 7905)Wendel got hold of the entire first run, they should be available by saturday. Much stiffer than the previous flat models, with great concave and about an inch of camber. Incredible energy return when pumping. Probably the best pumping board I have ever ridden. Much snappier flex than my Supaflex slalom. Looking forward to running cones with the Comet guys this weekend in SF.
