If your serious...and its a long way to come for a short sprint indoor slalom, though iof its dry the outdoor Saturday/Sunday stuff will be fun....I'll give you a ride from Heathrow. If its Gatwick we might also arrange something. Your mad, but your welcome! I guess it was the Vans socks that are tempting ya!

I guess Manchester isn't too smart to fly into with the strike? It looked like the easiest way to arrive and take a Central train.

Is it easy to take a train from Heathrow to Sheffield?

AmJam Flatland Freestyle session

Hi there,

as we are a little behind schedule, we decided to have our Am Jam on Sunday March
24th.
The location for the southern part of Germany will be the Railslide Skate Hall in Maintal.
We will have a smooth concrete corner area to skate.
If the crowd gets bigger, we might even block off an area.

I talked to the guys that run the hall yesterday, so things are cool.
They support us!!!!!

Let's get rolling!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

More infos to come.

Clingfilm: Got an interview on BBC Radio Sheffield re Board Fest at 730 am on Sat, so dont talk to me about keepin up! Its gonna be a long day... but it's gotta be done!

We got prizes coming out of our a###s! Everyone's going to go home happy... currently trying to track down Simon Platt, my skate buddy 78-81 to see if he can come...
Chances are he hasnt been on a board all these years, but you never know. It would round things off nicely for me personally as we havent seen each other since we went to separate schools in 81. Think his parents still live in the same house so I can start there...
See you Sat!

We will be in Sheffield till late, you get there I buy you a beer, OK. Or are you after the 'most dedicated entrant prize' we have on offer? Anyway, best of luck with the dissertation.

For Directions checkout www.lushlongboards.co
m. Click on the poster. Then get the House banner, directions are there. Or here is the reprint, How organised is that for you?

By bus get the 53 from the bus station it
drops you opposite the park. Ask for the ski village stop.
By car form the M1 take junction 33 (Sheffield
central) and head down the parkway, at the bottom there's a big roundabout go
right, drive straight through 5 sets of traffic lights and you hit another
roundabout go straight over.
Follow the road to where it intersects the dual carriageway and go
right onto it.
Once on the dual carriageway stay in the right hand lane, go through 2
sets of traffic lights and take the next right turn (the road has a big focus
DIY place on the right). At the traffic lights turn left and take the next right.
We're at the bottom of the road with the car park and the graff (check picture gallery 3)
By plane, get a small jet to Sheff airport and a taxi from there you rich sod.
