i agree, lush is a good place to get your stuff from. I´ve just ordered a fibreflex funshape and cant wait till i get it. too bad i dont live in england. Then i could have it faster... One thing i would like in their sortement is more LY models as they have an interesting lineup. I would be really interested to buy the LY DH urban assult for example (not right now though, short on cash).

Have you tried Conspiracy? 01727 853 153, if they dont have something they may get it for you, they love their longboards. As do Brixton Cycles. I dont recall seeing one on my travels as of yet though.

hi all,

just to keep you all informed brands was a blast. there were around 20000 people watching and we rocked the place.

afterwards we all found a nice smooth area where we displayed some boards and started showing off the boards with hooks and got a huge crowd standing around watching.

we will definatly go there soon to promote our event and show off some slalom.

will post some pics soon.

Well Paul Price and I got 1st and 2nd in the Open dual slalom and 5th and 1st in the GS at San Francisco-the 1st round of the World Champs series. Si Levene did well in the Pro Division despite very non-European courses proving that he is a force to be reckoned with on the world stage!

For anyone interested there are loads of pics from "Battle by the Bay". I managed to get shots of almost everyone...Help yourselves!

I can't commit to a regular evening each week but will make what I can. Monday, Thursday and Friday are bad for me. Maybe Hyde park for this.

I will phone CP tomorrow about the track and an update on our usage.

How did Brands go. Any pictures. Let us know Lee.

Time change
On 4/1/2002 Michael wrote in from (195.92.nnn.nnn)

Now we have longer evenings, how about sorting out a good evening each week, and a location. Then whoever comes, comes, evidently in the States this has been a succesful idea.
Also, I cant wait for Palace to be cleaned, that road is looking more and more tempting for a long GS course every time I look at it.

Just noted that Paul Price and Martin Drayton came first and second in the Open Duel event and did really well in the GS also, an event unlike what we skate.
The Brits had a great turn out with Levene in the Pro event coming down to to quater finals and 16th in the GS.

England rules.

Micheal you're too kind.
went to CP anyway but didn't find your chalk marks, are they set to self destruct in 24hrs.
Had a great time teaching Linda the finer points of slalom(2nd time out on new board)in the sunshine.
The bottom half of the race track is still pretty much unrideable, will need serious cleaning before we can skate it again but they've nearly finished planting so shouldn't be too long.
Up for a trip on Monday if anyone's interested.
