F - Hmmm... Maybe if I got a bunch of friends together I could head up to Montreal...
As far as a place to room... I don't live in the city, I'm about 1/2 hr or so out of it in the 'burbs... But I do know a guy who I've skated with alot who lives in the city and would most likely give you a room... He's let skaters stay with him before and he has a nice mini-pipe in his backyard... On you guys should consider comming up in Mtl for Top Challenge it's going to be one of those thing that you will remember for ever.

So explain to me why you were not competing at slide fest?
If he was so slow how come when 5 slidders and 5 of the best went all together he was the first one...

So then its 100% sure ill be there man. New York in June is awesome. New York on a longboard? Never did it so i just cant wait. Its gonna be a blast. You have a couch-carpet-wardrobe to lend?? Anything will be just good.
If i go to New York, then you HAVE to come for the Montreal TOP CHALLENGE competiton. I have a room for you if you want. I have a HUGE appartment, so lots of rool for a concrete brother.

I also saw video of your slides-AY! You really are not that good- AT ALL! AY! It looks like you were scared of falling when you were doing those slides. Your to slow and you pull out of your slides to slow. Not much style-AY! Some advice- pick up the pace(speed up), much potential though. I would give you respect if you could do huge/quick slides and pull outta them going (faster than you can run.) Your not good, you pull out of your slides(slower than you can walk.) Your slides are kinda cool, but its NOT BAD ASS!!! Dude, you couldn't keep up with me on 20% grade. You would wuss out. I would get bored skating with you- you would slow me up. Everybody remember,,,, downhill skateboarding is an extreme sport. IT IS MY PROFESSIONAL OPINION: There was only about 5 to 7 guys at the competition that I would consider PRO MATERIAL. Everyone else sucked and should be in another class- amatuer class. Next time I would like to ask CLIFF COLEMAN (much respect to the man)and other event organizers to think about having QUALIFING before the next event. Fubreeze, maybe this little conversation will modivate you to become pro. I am badass and my team is badass! We hit HUGE hills, fast, smooth and with style! Yeah…..

Hey man, I say go for the vertz... I have no skoolz in 96a, and they are very nice... the only problem I have with my no skoolz is that they like to hold a line, but once broken free, they slide like ice... the vertz may be a solution to that... not sure... but go for it man!

...and remember: its FABRICE. no "s". And i am not pissed off at what you are sayin mate. Sliding is new in comps, so its kinda ormal that there is some f#@! up in the judging. Let the experience get to the poeple and well see in the future.
in my mind, there should be 2 categories: Skates and Longskates. Two different styles, not comparable. The longest slide contest should not exist, or at least should only be a fun thing to watch, not recordable for the final points.

Ok. Here is the deal: "I have Fabrise longest slide on video. HE DID NOT PULL THAT SLIDE! He never turns his slide to face back down the hill and his feet even come off the board"
Ok. You say i didnt slide the whole lenght? I did not finished my run? Well, as i remember, i did. You say you saw it on the video? Well what i saw on the video did sucked, but hey, i dont think it was THAT run. If it was, well, f#@! it anyway. Still was longer than the other dudes.
I have to admit that for me sayin that "i won the longest slide contest" is like sayin that i was the first one to paddle to the break, and in my mind...well, who gives a f#@!???
I finished 5th in the slope style, with a REAL longboard (46 inches) and against good wicked riders with Sergio's style. I kept MY thing goin on, not pretending i was a West Coast Style rider. I got surprised, trust me, cause it was a skater world. How many where we to slide with a longboard...? Like, 4 or 5? f#@! it. Anyway, the combination of the two events made me finish second in the over all, and i am glad. Wanna know why? Cause i AINT NO SKATER with attitude, i only been LONGSKATING for 4 years yet, so pretty stocked on winnig against REAL skaters.
Real.
Pfff. When i read stuff like you write, it makes me remember how much it sucked when i was competiting in the Track and field back in the days. Pretentious arogant bastards, thats what it was. Mmmm. Classy!
Anyway.
Come to Montreal on the hills, with CURVES and STEEP hills, Well see who finishes first or dead last. I dont want any money at the end for nobody. I want you to say: we had fun and f#@! the comps! This aint no skate industry.

Glad to say we have some of Cliffs new deck on order, and will be with us shortly.
The slide clinics are great, I learnt a LOT and I'd reccomend it to any skater. Its not often you really spend a day concentrating on improving technique and the clinic is a great way to learn, have fun, and gain confidence. Its not just for newbies either!
