hey dave, if you'd care to indulge me i'd like to know exactly what baseplate/hanger/bushings/bearings you use when racing on your speedboard. also how much do you weigh? haven't found a good enough pic to tell. might sound like a goofy question, but i'd like to know! thanks!

What's happening Dave, Are you still going to New Mexico? Looks like I'm taking an RV with Justin Kludy and his friend. I appreciate the offer for the ride though. On that note, I accidentally stole your Warren Bolster book so I will bring it with me. Sorry man. Talk to you soon. DC

Dave,
I want one of those front baseplate covers like John has! Those are really cool for riding a top-mount setup! We had fun dodging cement trucks all the way down GMR today, HAHAHA! Tomorrow the road will be chill but today was psycho! If you ride tomorrow morning can you please bring a ROGERS BROS baseplate cover, I really want one bAD!
Later bud, JIMMYf

Oh yeah, after much research into ratings, TSR is now allowing DOT, ECE-22, BCI and Snell M2000. I'm sure you a a few of these, does that give you some options? 4 wheels, 4 man heats, 1 qualifying run, 3rd placers get a consi heat, 6 mile soul jam at the end.

It will be good to see Team Rogers and Skate at least once together this year in Abq. I know I'm not skating enough, but who is? I'll gladly skip the Ollie with you and raise you one in 360's. What's your best trick going to be? One of those flatland moves that you learned when you were 14? Mine is, and it's a show stopper! Banked slalom will be at Rio Bravo. I don't think you rode it when you were last at Rio Bravo cause we we're speedboarding. It's right next to the road, and very smooth.
Race you soon!

Joe..We will have to wait and see. Judith and I don't ride as much as we'd like and don't want to push it. Judith was talking about the cross-town in addition to the downhill. I've been thinking of doing the downhill and skipping some of the dangerous events like the hippy jump and the ollie ;) Heck..my wrist just stopped hurting from my "ollie to faceplant" 2 years ago at the All Around. Are the DH rules the same as Maryhill? Snell? 4 Wheels? 1 Qualifying Run?

Rick..Taking care of your family is far more important than bombing a hill. The dump road will be there for future rides. I'm not one to pray, but your wife is in my thoughts and I wish you and your family the best.
Feel free to post here with whatever you want..whenever you want. You have a big downhill family out there Rick. We are all here for you bro..don't forget that!
Riders from all over the world know about "Kludyville", but few will ever get there. From what I've seen of Justin, I think he is already there! Keep up the good work as a husband, father and friend.

Hey skaters! The Sandia All Around is Sept.22-24th in Abq. NM, and there's still time for you GMR heads to sign up and show up. Hey Brent, tell Mr.Nez how fun it is to do 9 events in one long ass weekend and how sick the sandia course is! No time for naps! Dave tell Mr. Kludy that TSR events are all that he's heard and more, we'd love to host him! And Judith, please tell all your lady friends that we now have more ladies signed up than ever and we really hope you can make it out to give them a run for their money.
Did I mention that the road is now re paved?
