Well, I finally crawled out from under a rock called the Buy-Sell-Trade forum and found this TSR forum for the first time ever. Did you guys tell me about this forum a long time ago and I just didn't hear you, or was it a secret you were keeping from me, or what? Anyway, it's nice to see a place for all the Timeship crew and friends to convene.
I do have a TSR related question: Since less than 32 people raced at every event during the BEAR weekend, do none of those events qualify for the Grand National Shabangabang or whatever it's called?
Excuse me, I'm neck deep in homework right now. Take a peek:

US Racing Champion

The US National Skateboard Racing Champion will be awarded by TimeShip Racing based on ALL types of racing to include the widest definition of Skateboard Racing. This will include ANY Tight Slalom, Giant Slalom, Hybrid Slalom, Downhill, Skate Park Racing, Banked Slalom and Cross Town Races.
There will be a review board to confirm that the races from which these finishes are calculated were all eligible as ‘Major Races’. International races will also be considered if submitted, but you must be a US citizen to win.
Each racer is asked to submit their best finishes from:
2 Tight Slaloms, 2 Giant Slaloms, (Hybrid Slalom may be counted as either), 2 Banked Slaloms, 2 Downhills, 2 Skate Park Races, and 2 Crosstown Races of at least 4 miles in length.
Each racer MUST have at least ONE finish in each type of racing to be eligible, however points will be calculated for all racers that submit their results to encourage them to widen their efforts for next year. We hope that this “any race format” will enable racers to have MORE event choices and still be eligible for the title of US National Skateboard Racing Champion without having to follow a particular “series”.
Please submit your 2006 results to TSR asap, we will post the final tally when all results are in.

Joe, Thanks for the new set of slide gloves! They are the best yet. The skaters are going to like them. I'm planning on visiting indian School after the Slidefest in San Diego. I'll give you a call. Can you help me set up a place to stay for me and one other when we get there? We would like to stay for about two days.

man, timeship training is brutal. between yesterdays full day of 50+mph downhill, sliding, and park skating I'm worked. add to that running over that coyote in the team van on the way to go skate, i've been getting a good New Mexico experience.
Joe has his work cut out for him, trying to teach this downhiller how to skate a half-pipe properly. Ricker has promised to teach me how to ollie if I teach him how to freestyle slide and how to not crash in the finals of a downhill race.
oh yea, the hills in new mexico are epic!!!!

K-Lee will be able to keep track of it during the event, but it won't really be a class, just an announcement at the awards party. If Chaput were able, then we'd really have to work for it, but as it is Dave Rogers will win the DH, you'll win the Banked Slalom, I'll win the Slalom, we all suck at the elective events, and you and I will duke it out in the Cross Town. So really , all the old men will win! I didn't see Marks name on the sign up, is he in? He needs to pay an entry fee this time, last time it took a YEAR!
Any leads on the start ramp moving project. I just remembered that George has an old truck.

NO , it will not carry through. Only the DH will be divided into classes, by qualifying times. top 16 are Pro, the rest are Open classers. Everything else is an even playing field.
