Its GO TIME FOR THE DIXIE CUP which means I will NOT be near a computer much from here on OUT through the weekend BUT through the miracle of modern science and the fact I finally broke down and bought a Blackberry you can stay in contact with me. THE BEST WAY TO GET ME IF YOU HAVE A QUESTION OR NEED SOMETHING regarding the DIXIE CUP is to:

1st OPTION (and the one likely to get the quickest response since Multi-Tasking is my middle name):

Email me> karr.mobile@execquest.com

2nd OPTION> Text Message my Mobile phone 7 0 4 6 5 7 9 5 3 1 (again, a mulitasking opportunity)

3rd OPTION/EMERGENCY> Call my Mobile phone at the number above but be prepared to get a voice mail

Thank you in Advance For your Cooperation,

Getting her done....

Yes, Festus you are correct in your abecedarian summation of my previous memorandum. I have, as you say, "dun called" you out concerning your poor choice of accoutrements that you plan to attire yourself in at the skateboard match reception this Saturday night. That aside, I will once again throw down the gauntlet, as I will be in top racing form and (as you rednecks say) "getting her done".

Party At The Warehouse
On 10/28/2008 McHammerHead-Downhillbillies.org wrote in from United States  (166.82.nnn.nnn)

Joe I,

Punk Brent told me to tell you that anything from the J Crew Catalog on your coffee table will do. I told him The GAP but he insisted on J Crew. Rumor has it he heads down to Concord Mills to the outlets on a regular basis.

The Party this year is in the WAREHOUSE where it was last year. It has no heat and is big, open, and almost 80 years old. This year we have pressure washed the walls and floor and it won't be near as dusty as last year. Last years temps got down in the low 50's but I don't think anyone was particularly cold. Port-a-Jon facilities outside.

See you in a couple of days!

Party attire
On 10/28/2008 Davenport Merriweather wrote in from United States  (12.107.nnn.nnn)

My good man, I suggest that you dress accordingly, not for comfort but for the occasion lest ye be embarrassed. I suggest you attire yourself in heavy wool blend trousers, a rugby shirt layered with a cashmere roll neck sweater. You can acquire all these items at your local Brooks Brothers shop. Heaven forbid that anyone arrives to the soiree dressed in buffoonish slacks be speckled with martini glasses.

QUESTION #22

Saturday Night Party

I havn't been down yonder in awhile. I understand the depot is out and we've got a new spot. Question is, will it be cool, chilly, nippy? Shorts and a t shirt? Jeans and a sweater? Hat and gloves?

Please reply my friends,

Joe

Race Rules
On 10/27/2008 Davenport Merriweather wrote in from United States  (129.33.nnn.nnn)

I just signed up for your skateboard match and I was seeking information
on the 3 P’s of your event, policies, procedures and practices. However,
upon visiting your organizations information forum, much to my dismay I
was confronted with dribble, gibberish and slang. These ignorant ramblings
are horrific linguistic concoctions obviously being issued by the in-bread
people who are indigenous to the region know as the Appalachians. What
some find as charming and quaint, I find as a lugubrious statement on the
once eloquent fabric of American slalom skateboarding. I do still intend
to compete (and win) at your skateboard match but I will do so with a
smugness that only a true blueblood slalom skateboard racer could and would
comprehend. I shall dine on the caviar and Cognac of sweet victory while
the likes of you “hillbillies” suckle at the swine’s teat of defeat.
