Hey Lele in Italy, I might be in Italy for a couple of weeks in November. I don't know if I'll go as far south as Rome because the people I'll be visiting live somewhere out in the country in Tuscany. Anyways, I was wondering if you thought it would be worth bringing a board on the trip? I've never left the East Coast of the US before and have no idea what it will be like over there. Any information you can give me will be appreciated.

Hey Kaylee,

I commute to work down the roads/arroyos. I live by the tram, work by the Rio Grande. What hills have you been riding? They just paved San Rafael, from Tramway to Eubank. Are you talking over on the East Mountain area?

six stories of fun. 2 security guards usually there,
but if you come after 8:00pm it's dead. Also if you have
a quiet board you can do it 10 times nobody will no your
there. they dont take your board, the security guards.

there is a longboard group that meets every wednesday night at eastcoast board co in goergetown . anywhere from 10 to 20 skaters , usually til 1:00 am . hills are fairly soft but heavy traffic (mostly cabs) makes it a tight game . if anyone comes to dc to visit , bring your board and call the shop , there is always someone to ride with .

Long, long, long. This run is the goods. The middle has super sharp blind turns but the top and bottom are fast and smooth. Huge stretches of pure soul carvin'.8500' down to 2500'. I am sick of riding it alone. Maybe not that sick.

D.T., There are some great residential streets on the back side of Rancho Santa Margarita in a community called Robinson Ranch. All streets basically tie into the main road down. Could be a mile to a mile and a 1/2 run. They just put a street light in and I don't know how thats affected the run. I'm a lazy sob, so I havent tried the whole run. You, or any So Orange County skaters, that want to make the run, e-mail me.

About thirty minutes out side of Boulder, Co. up in the mountains is a small town called Ward, NOTHING COMPARES. The top 2 miles of left hand canyon have never been done.
It's long. (up to 10 miles) it's smooth, it's newly paved and it's Sketch. Lots of Cars, lot's of speed, bring your helmit and all your pads for this one. But don't expect this track of vergin road to stay that way for long. Cause me and my brother's are on the mother.
